Terms of Service

(‘Card Extend Rewards’) is administered by LIQUID MEMBER INC, a Delaware C-Corporation. LIQUID Member Inc (‘LIQUID Rewards’) and enrolled customers are required to comply & consent with LIQUID Rewards TOS (‘Terms of Service). Partners offering customers Card Extend Rewards must comply with the following best practices:


1. Transparency. All products must be clearly referenced and communicated to eligible customers.


2. Promotions. Any communications and advertisements relating to the rewards value proposition or program overall must not reference financial guarantees and/or advice of any kind.


3. Pricing & Fees. While Card Extend Rewards is free to you, the merchant, you may charge your customers a fee to access said rewards as part of your overall product suite. These fees can be customized according to your storefront’s customer engagement priorities but can not exceed $15.


4. Communication. If not the merchant email used to download the Card Extend Rewards application, you must provide a working email address in the event there are basic commercial questions/needs that require servicing over the tenure of the program.


5. Customer Service. Card Extend Rewards handles all customer service, redemption, notifications and overall rewards fulfillment but does not support order management servicing relating to your storefront.


6. Intellectual Property. You are responsible for the legality and ownership of all your storefront materials and you warrant you have all necessary rights and consents to permit Card Extend Rewards products to be offered to your customers.
